Upload a PDF of your gear list and each item is read out of it, sorted into a category and given a purchase price. You can also type items in by hand, one per line.
Log every rental in one place
Import your Sharegrid history as a CSV, then connect your email so the CSV rows are enriched with details. Rentals you arrange directly go in the same unified list, providing all the details you need to track your business.
See what each item earns

Our story
Rental IQ started as a tool we built for ourselves. We were renting out our own gear with bookings scattered across email threads, fees buried in spreadsheets, and no clear picture of which pieces were actually making money. So we built the platform we wished existed, for everyone from solo filmmakers with a single camera to small rental houses running a few dozen.
